I had the worst doctor and patient interaction in my whole life. Do not go to him!! He doesn’t know what he’s doing and don’t recall anything he says. I had a painful foot so I went to him, he did ultrasound there and just ordered me a boots to wear(which was 300 he made me buy from him) then when I told him it’s not helping he told me to take MRI which I also paid for, when I took him the MRI he didn’t know what to do so he ordered me to take another MRI just to linger the time and to make me spend money . So now I got the best Podiatrist and I needed my MRI. I called him and he was so rude, he didn’t want to give me my MRI or tell me the place I took the MRI from. I don’t even think he keeps patient record well. DO NOT GO, YOU WONT GET HELP!!! HE IS A SCAM!! JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

I saw the doctor for plantar fasciitis. The initial visit was fine. He gave me a shot for the pain and a boot to fix the issue. We scheduled a follow up appt for the next week. I received a call about 45 minutes before the appt stating that the doctor had a family emergency. That’s fine. These things happen so we rescheduled for the following Monday. However, just before I was leaving the house for the appt on Monday, I received a call from the receptionist stating that the doctor wasn’t in and we needed to reschedule. I think I’ll go to a doctor who is actually interested in seeing me. If you want to actually see the doctor, I recommend you go elsewhere. I wanted to retract from my previous review. Dr Dawson called to provide more of a explanation as to why the appt had to be rescheduled. It says a lot about a doctor that will personally call his patients. Thank you Dr Dawson.

I chose Dr. Dawson because he had the best availability to help doctor what I believed was a torn achilles. After seeing him twice I just felt like he was not going to give me the best care for the road ahead. After running an X-ray & ultrasound on my first visit he concluded an MRI would be best. Fine, ok. But the MRI couldn’t be scheduled for two weeks due to dense availability and he did very little in preparing me for what I should be expecting/doing in the interim. I had to swim upstream to get a prescription written and the bedside manner felt like he was always in a rush to leave when he saw me. I got the same feeling on my follow up visit after the MRI results were in and as a result decided to go with another practice. In my opinion, there are better options.

The Dr is great, very informative and always looking for ways to make you feel comfortable. He performed my surgery and has been actively involved in my recovery. I love that the wait time is very minimal. I strongly recommend.

I went to 3 doctors for my horrible heel pain and for 2 years I suffered. The doctors all said that I didn't have bone spurs. I thought I was crazy. I had xrays, I had PT, anti inflammatory drugs, and the pain was horrible. I finally tried one more doctor and I found Dr. Dawson. I told him my heel problems, he took one look at my heel and said of course you have spurs I can see them. He took an xray and an ultra sound (which no other doctor did). There he showed me the bone spurs on my heel. I cried knowing I wasn't crazy. Dr. Dawson is amazing. I will have the spurs removed by Dr. Dawson with total confidence that he will finally solve my problem when 3 other Doctors couldn't. His staff is wonderful and no hour long wait to see him. He is so easy to talk to and ask questions. If you are having foot or ankle problems don't hesitate or suffer see Dr. Dawson. Thank you so much Dr. Dawson!! Diane Howe
